Our Services

Practical support for every stage of your journey.

Residence Permits

Service fee: from €400

Estonia has different permit tracks for work, study, entrepreneurship, and long-term residency — each with its own eligibility rules and required proof. We identify which track actually fits your situation, then prepare the documentation to match it. Picking the wrong track is the most common reason applications get delayed or sent back for corrections.

Tourist & Business Visas

Service fee: from €150

Short-term Schengen visas are usually the simplest cases we handle — but small mistakes in the invitation letter, insurance, or proof of funds are still the most common reason for delays or refusal. We check your documents against the exact requirements of the country you're applying through, prepare the invitation and cover letter if needed, and help ensure that your application is complete, accurate, and consistent with the applicable requirements before submission.

National Long-term Visa

Service fee: from €250

For stays where a full residence permit isn't the right fit — remote work, short-term study, or a trial period before relocating — a national long-term visa may be the faster route. We check whether this fits your situation, verify income and documentation requirements, and prepare a compliant application for the PPA. Not sure which route is right for you? We'll help you figure that out first, free of charge, before you commit to a service.

Family Reunification

Service fee: from €400

Bringing a spouse or children to join you in Estonia involves its own set of documents, apostilles, and translations — and mistakes here often mean months of delay. We've guided a family through this process firsthand, securing a residence permit for a spouse joining their partner in Estonia, so we know what the requirements actually look like in practice, not just on paper. We handle the document preparation and submission; the final decision rests with the PPA.

Estonian Citizenship

Service fee: from €500 + fees and certified translations

Comprehensive support on your track to obtaining Estonian citizenship through naturalization. We review your eligibility against residency and language exam requirements and prepare your application package for submission to the PPA. Approval is at the sole discretion of the authorities.

e-Residency Support

Service fee: from €100

e-Residency is straightforward to apply for on your own — the real questions usually come after: how to use it to run a business, what it does and doesn't allow, and how it fits with your actual residency plans. We help you apply, and just as importantly, help you understand what e-Residency is for before you commit to it.

Short-term Employment

Price on request

Estonian employers hiring international specialists for short-term work need to register the employment with the PPA before the person starts. We handle the registration on behalf of the employer or specialist, and make sure the paperwork matches the actual terms of employment.

Business Setup in Estonia

Service fee: from €200

Company formation itself can often be done in a day through e-Residency — the part that actually takes planning is choosing the right structure, understanding your tax obligations, and setting up banking that works for a non-resident-owned company. We coordinate with our licensed partners and help you identify key legal and administrative requirements from the outset, reducing the risk of unexpected issues later on.

Visas to USA, UK & Canada

Service fee: from €250

These are among the strictest visa processes we handle — high documentation standards, detailed financial scrutiny, and in-person interviews at the embassy. We prepare your application (including DS-160 and equivalent forms), review your financial case for consistency and completeness, and walk you through what to expect at the interview. We can't influence a consular officer's decision — but a well-prepared, consistent file is the single biggest factor within your control.

Visas to Asia & Middle East

Service fee: from €250

Whether you are an Estonian citizen planning a trip abroad, or an international resident of Estonia needing a visa for a third country, requirements depend entirely on your citizenship — and they can change with little notice, as we've seen with recent shifts in China, Japan, and Israel's entry rules. We check exactly what applies to your passport and destination before you start, including cases where the nearest representation is in a neighboring country.

CIS & Central Asia Visas

Service fee: from €50

Support for electronic and consular visas to Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and other countries across Central Asia — from verifying travel bookings to full application submission. For visas to Russia or Belarus, please contact us directly to discuss current requirements.

Renunciation of Russian Citizenship

Service fee: from €350 + translations and fees

Estonia doesn't allow dual citizenship for naturalized citizens, which means renouncing Russian citizenship is often a required step — and one of the more paperwork-heavy parts of the process, involving tax clearance certificates, application forms, and an embassy file. We know this process well and guide you through each document, while processing times and final decisions rest with the relevant authorities.
